Legislators in Nepal are demanding that the government resign over its failure to prevent a massacre that killed more than 130 people over the weekend.

Opposition lawmakers say the government ignored repeated calls for help in advance of the rebel attack. It was the most deadly and ferocious attack by Maoist rebels since they began their fight to topple the country's monarchy and replace it with a communist republic six years ago. Full Story...
