A new Arabic language website offering material on the post-Taliban situation in Afghanistan has started carrying statements and messages by Osama bin Laden.

About five days ago, a joint condolence message by Bin Laden, his Egyptian lieutenant Dr Ayman al-Zawahiri and Taliban leaders Mulla Mohammad Omar and Mulla Mohammad Hasan was placed on the website.
