Six Flags to pay $4 million to accident victim's family

Following the only guest fatality since Six Flags Over Texas since the theme park's opening, operators will pay $4 million to the family of an Arkansas woman killed at the chain's Arlington park.

Officials of Six Flags Inc. say they will join relatives of Valeria Cartwright in a lawsuit against the company that made parts of the ride involved in the 1999 accident.Full Story...
