China has broken the biggest people smuggling ring the country has seen in over fifty years thanks to a breakthrough by the Japanese Coast Guard.State-run media reported on Thursday that Chinese police had arrested 42 of 100 suspects involved in the smuggling operation, including alleged gang leader Chen Wenshu.
