The 24-year-old software developer from San Francisco won the title of world champion Rubik's cube puzzle solver Sunday in Toronto.

He won the title with a time of 20 seconds, beating 101 competitors from 15 countries in the first cube games since 1982.

The two-day event featured 12 competitions, including solving the cube blindfolded using one hand.
