Everybody always knew those pigeons were up to no good at City Hall.

Now we have, um, solid data on what they've been doing up there on the ledges and pavilions.

Workers have toted away 13 tons of pigeon droppings as part of the ongoing City Hall restoration project, says city facilities manager Rick Tustin. This has cost the city $112,000 so far.
